Navtex Mobile Notaries offer tailored mobile notary services to meet the needs of:

• Real Estate - mortgage closing documents, including refinance, cash-out refinance, HELOC, HECM (reverse mortgages), FHA/VA, residential and commercial buyer/seller documents.
• Attorneys/Legal Services - interrogatories, depositions, subpoenas, declarations, wills, POAs.
• Debt and Structured settlements - agreements, affidavits of independent professional advice or designations of beneficiary.
• Healthcare - medical directives, POAs, documents in support of disability claims, etc.
• General notary services - affidavits, acknowledgements, releases, wills, POAs, school related documents, permission to travel with minors, etc.

 Navtex Mobile Notaries readily accepts fax, electronic or overnight documents.

Availability - By Appointment Only

• Our staff are committed to providing professional notary signing services. Sure, there may be times when circumstances do not permit us to engage a particular signing, however, every effort will be made to accomodate your specific signing needs.
• We have driven through sleet & snow (no small feat in Dallas!) to accomodate a closing, notarized on Federal holidays, and met people at the airport prior to boarding their flight in order to accomodate their signing needs!  We are here to help you too!

  

Each of our Texas Notary signing agents are background checked, fully bonded and carry $100,000 E&O liability insurance.

Additionally, each of our signing agents holds current signing agent certifications through the National Notary Association.
